Standard lead time is 30-45 days from order confirmation for regular models. Custom-label orders may require an additional 10-15 days for sampling and label production. Transit time depends on destination port.

Yes. We produce pre-production samples for your testing and approval. Sample lead time is typically 15-20 days. We ship samples via air freight or express courier.

We offer a standard 12-month warranty from the bill of lading date, covering manufacturing defects. Extended warranty terms can be negotiated for long-term partnership agreements.

Absolutely. We welcome factory visits. Our team will arrange airport pickup, hotel accommodation, and a comprehensive factory tour including production lines, QC lab, and warehouse facilities.

We provide Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin (Form E / Form F available for preferential tariffs), test reports, and any other documents required by your customs authority.
